We prove our quality service by boasting client retention beyond 8 years. When a client calls, a specific plan administrator familiar with the plan and company answers. If there is ever a question, that person is 100% accountable and will ensure satisfaction and resolution.
ARS Philosophy
Our philosophy at ARS is to carefully listen to the client's objectives and design a customized retirement program which fits a company's needs and those of its employees. We believe a retirement plan is something which should continually evolve as the company and Internal Revenue Code changes.
ARS believes plan design and administration are the most important areas of a retirement program. The plan design must take into consideration the plan sponsor's objective and current tax legislation. The plan administration must be done timely and accurately, so as not to affect the plan's qualification status. Pertinent plan aspects, such as top heavy rules and plan testing requirements, must be communicated in a clear and concise manner.
ARS employs caring professionals who work exclusively on retirement plans and provide personal service in a timely manner.
ARS works with plan sponsors, accountants, attorneys, insurance agents and investment advisors. We assist plan sponsors in all aspects of retirement programs, from plan design to investment solutions to administration.
